Most winter seasons, there are between 20 and 30 plowable events in York Region. Because of this, our seasonal rate structure offers exceptional value and protects you from years with heavy snow fall and price gouging which often occurs during storm events. We can manage your driveway as well as any walkways you require use of during the winter. All walkways are salted after they are cleared. You have the option of having your driveway salted after every time it is cleared or only at your request. We use plow trucks for most driveways, but also have crews equipped with snow blowers to handle driveways in tighter residential areas where a plow is unable to work as well as on more delicate driveway surfaces.
Our service area consists of East Gwillimbury (Holland Landing, Sharon, Queensville), Newmarket and Aurora.

We have been providing winter services for 6 years and we pride ourselves on
our detail oriented approach. We spend time evaluating your site and your needs to prepare a bid and a work order that will be executed precisely. With RHPL managing your property this winter, you won’t have to deal with blocked dumpsters or misplaced snow piles. Our staff are trained through the Snow & Ice Management Association and genuinely care about your property.

We use cutting edge products and techniques for both ANTI-icing and DE-icing that give us superior results and reduce our salt use, leading to a reduced impact on the environment.
We are a full time snow operation with 24 hour emergency service. We are constantly on call and begin plowing/salting our Priority customers within 6 hours of the start of any snowfall and continue returning at least once every 12 hours until the weather lets up.
We are fully insured with General Liability and WSIB and are active members of SIMA and Landscape Ontario.
